Job summary

Wingstop in Annapolis, MD is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant teams, drive strategic initiatives, and bolster profitability. You will mentor General Managers, uphold Wingstop culture, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has multi-unit management experience in fast casual or QSR, strong P&L acumen, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Leadership and results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Minimum 18 months multi-unit management experience (fast food or casual dining preferred) or 12-18 months as Wingstop General Manager with proven success.
• Strong knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual operations including risk, talent, facilities, and financial acumen.
• Proficient in analyzing profit & loss, staffing, labor laws, food safety, and health regulations.
• Experience with local store marketing and technology systems including Microsoft Office.
