Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant District Manager to oversee multiple locations within a designated region. You will ensure customer service, product quality, and profitability across all sites, while coaching and supervising restaurant managers and staff to execute company standards.

This role requires strong leadership, travel up to 75%, and a proven track record in multi-unit food service management. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, valid driver’s license, and ServSafe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or hospitality management, or 4 years additional relevant experience.
• 2+ years in a multi-unit food service management role.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Strong understanding of the quick service restaurant industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Required Travel: up to 75% of the time.
• Flexible availability based on business demands, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• For internal candidates, individual must be a current District Training Specialist in good standing with the organization.
