Hirebridge is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Dairy Queen locations within a designated region. You will supervise restaurant managers and staff, ensure training, and drive profitability while upholding company standards for service and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of the quick-service industry. Travel up to 75% and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or hospitality management, or 4 years additional relevant experience.
• 2+ years in a multi-unit food service management role.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Strong understanding of the quick service restaurant industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Required Travel: up to 75% of the time.
• Flexible availability based on business demands, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• For internal candidates, individual must be a current District Training Specialist in good standing with the organization.

Position Overview:

The Restaurant District Manager oversees multiple Dairy Queen restaurant locations within a designated region.
