Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant District Manager to oversee multiple location operations within a assigned district. You will drive customer service excellence, product quality, and profitability by leading restaurant managers and staff, ensuring training and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires a strong background in multi-unit food service, travel up to 75%, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. English communication and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or hospitality management, or 4 years additional relevant experience.
• 2+ years in a multi-unit food service management role.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Strong understanding of the quick service restaurant industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Required Travel: up to 75% of the time.
• Flexible availability based on business demands, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
