Dream Clean Car Wash is a quickly expanding car wash chain in the Chicagoland area. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with an incredible wash at a great price. We are looking to hire a talented and ambitious District Manager to oversee the operations of multiple car wash locations. The District Manager will be focused on leading site managers (GMs), driving operational performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue and profitability targets across all assigned locations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and efficiency
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and P&L goals
• Monitor KPIs to improve performance and identify growth opportunities
• Recruit, train, and develop General and Assistant Managers
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and safety procedures
• Support escalated customer service issues and promote a customer-first culture

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in car wash, retail, automotive services, or similar industries.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive business results across multiple locations.
• Strong operational knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Working knowledge of P&L management, scheduling, labor planning, and supply ordering.
• Comfortable with frequent travel between sites and flexible working hours as needed.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of car wash equipment systems.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions and moderate to loud noise.
• Ability to bend, kneel, twist, and reach overhead on a frequent basis.
• Ability to lift 5–30 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to work extended hours when business needs require or comfortable managing workload and priorities, including occasional evenings or weekends.
