WashU Car Wash in Naperville, IL is seeking a General Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience and lead day-to-day site performance across operations, sales, and people.

You will own the site's P&L, drive revenue through memberships and partnerships, ensure safety and cleanliness, and build a high-performing team while reporting to senior leadership.

Job Level: Mid-Level Leadership

Status: Full-Time

Compensation: $50,000-$70,000/year + bonus incentives

About the Role:
