Wireless Zone | Hotspot Cell in New York and New Jersey seeks a District Manager to lead daily operations across our wireless retail stores. You will oversee store operations, coach your team, and drive sales performance for all locations in NY/NJ.

If you enjoy developing people and creating a positive, energetic retail environment for customers and employees, this role may be great for you! There is travel across multiple store locations and a hands-on management style.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of retail management or leadership experience (wireless preferred).
• Willing to travel all store locations.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Strong sales mindset with experience hitting or exceeding goals.
• Comfortable with performance metrics, reporting, and accountability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
