Hot Spot Cell is seeking a District/Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our New York and New Jersey wireless retail stores. You will manage store operations, coach the team, and drive sales performance, ensuring a positive, energetic retail environment for customers and staff.

This hands-on role requires leading multiple locations, hiring and developing staff, and meeting monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of retail management or leadership experience (wireless preferred).
• Willing to travel to all store locations.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Strong sales mindset with experience hitting or exceeding goals.
• Comfortable with performance metrics, reporting, and accountability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.

Store Manager Job Summary

As the District Manager for our stores in New York you’ll run the day-to-day operations at our retail wireless stores in New York and New Jersey. This is a hands‑on manager position where you will be managing store operations, coaching your team, and driving sales performance for all of our stores in New York/ New Jersey.

Store Location: Franklin Square, Matittuck, Bayshore, Baldwin and New Jersey
