Job summary

Hot Spot Cell is seeking a District Manager to lead store operations across New York and New Jersey. You’ll manage daily store activities, coach your team, and drive sales performance across multiple locations.

You’ll develop people, create a positive retail environment for customers and staff, and own accountability for delivering results in a fast-paced wireless retail network.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of retail management or leadership experience (wireless preferred).
• Willing to travel to all store locations.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Strong sales mindset with experience hitting or exceeding goals.
• Comfortable with performance metrics, reporting, and accountability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Store Manager Job Summary

As the District Manager for our stores in New York you’ll run the day-to-day operations at our retail wireless stores in New York and New Jersey. This is a hands‑on manager position where you will be managing store operations, coaching your team, and driving sales performance for all of our stores in New York/ New Jersey.

Franklin Square, Matittuck, Bayshore, Baldwin and New Jersey
