Wireless Zone is seeking a District Manager to oversee our retail wireless stores in New York and New Jersey. You will run day‑to‑day operations, coach your team, and drive sales performance across multiple locations in NY/NJ.

If you enjoy developing people and delivering a positive, energetic retail experience for customers and employees, this role may be a great fit. Some travel to store locations is required.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of retail management or leadership experience (wireless preferred).
• Willing to travel to all store locations.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Strong sales mindset with experience hitting or exceeding goals.
• Comfortable with performance metrics, reporting, and accountability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.

Store Manager Job Summary

As the District Manager for our stores in New York you’ll run the day-to-day operations at our retail wireless stores in New York and New Jersey. This is a hands‑on manager position where you will be managing store operations, coaching your team, and driving sales performance for all of our stores in New York/ New Jersey.
