Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead asset protection programs across stores in the district, training teams, and reducing shortages while safeguarding customers, associates, and merchandise.

You will oversee investigations, enhance safety measures, and partner with store management, HR, and legal to ensure policy adherence and continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site district role with travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including District and/or Multi-Unit experience.
• Familiarity with asset protection programs and software including Think LP and Secure 5 and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Foster cross-functional partnerships with district, regional and store management, HR, legal, operations, and inventory control teams on asset protection matters.
• Audit stores and drive actionable analyses to improve results across the district.
• Provide strategic leadership in asset protection program implementation and training of store teams.
• Oversee shortage control staffing and manage payroll/expenses within budget.
• Lead investigations and interface with law enforcement and legal partners on incidents.
