Burlington Stores is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead loss prevention across multiple stores in the district. You will develop and implement AP programs, mentor store teams, and drive shrink reduction while maintaining safety and security for customers and associates.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in retail AP, travel within the district, and proficiency with Think LP and Secure 5; strong leadership and communication are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including district or multi-unit exposure.
• Experience conducting investigations and managing external programs is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to all stores within the district.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead asset protection, shortage control and safety programs across stores in the district.
• Train and mentor store management and associates on policies and loss prevention.
• Oversee investigations, audits, and system controls; drive reductions in shrink and cost.
• Foster partnerships with law enforcement, HR, legal, and operations teams.
