Burlington Stores, Inc. in New York, Massapequa, is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead asset protection, shortage control, and safety programs across the district, training store management and associates to ensure policy execution and inventory protection.

The role requires 6+ years in retail asset protection, district or multi-unit experience, travel to all stores in the district, and proficiency with Think LP, Secure 5, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including District/Multi-Unit experience.
• Familiarity with asset protection programs and software including Think LP and Secure 5; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Foster cross-functional partnerships with district, regional, and store management, HR, legal, operations, and inventory control on asset protection matters.
• Audit locations' financial, merchandising, and operations results and implement improvements.
• Provide strategic direction in asset protection programs and train store teams to align with company objectives.
• Oversee shortage control staffing across locations, manage payroll and expenses per budget.
• Conduct and manage investigations, interviews, and external programs; support reduction of incidents and losses.
• Maintain physical security controls and systems (CCTV, alarms, EAS, etc.).
• Build relationships with law enforcement and legal partners.
