Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead the store's protection team and implement Shortage Control and Safety programs. You will help deter theft, maintain professional conduct, and protect customers, associates, merchandise, and property.

The role involves supervising patrols, training staff, and coordinating with local law enforcement, with compensation in a competitive hourly range.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset protection or security leadership.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations professionally.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity.
• Leadership experience in a retail security environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise patrols and strategic monitoring to create a visible security presence.
• Assist in recruiting and training Shortage Control Associates.
• Stay up to date on Safety and Security standards and protocols.
• Investigate theft incidents as directed by Asset Protection Manager.
• Detect, report and resolve matters related to safety, inventory shortages, cash handling, and theft; provide customer service.
