Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead loss prevention across a district of stores.

You will train and mentor store management, develop and implement safety programs, and collaborate with law enforcement and legal professionals to protect customers, associates, merchandise, and facilities. The role requires 6+ years in retail asset protection, district or multi-unit experience, familiarity with Think LP, Secure 5, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including district/Multi-Unit.
• Familiar with asset protection software including Think LP and Secure 5; proficient in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to all stores within the district.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset protection across district stores and mentor store management.
• Audit locations, implement recommendations, and drive continuous improvements.
• Direct investigations and loss prevention programs with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and legal professionals as needed.
