Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead loss prevention strategies across multiple stores. You will mentor store teams, implement protection programs, and partner with district leadership to reduce incidents and losses.

The role requires 6+ years in retail asset protection, district or multi-unit experience, and travel to stores within the district. Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of LP software are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including district or multi-unit roles.
• Familiarity with asset protection programs and software such as Think LP and Secure 5.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to all stores in the district.

Responsibilities

• Foster cross-functional partnerships with district, regional and store management, HR, legal, operations, and inventory control teams on asset protection matters.
• Audit locations and provide actionable analysis to drive continuous improvement and follow-up with the team.
• Lead the implementation of asset protection programs and train store teams.
• Manage investigations and external apprehension programs; coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
