Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of retail management experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to make confident decisions, resolve conflicts, and hire the right people.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and P&L budgeting skills.
• Outstanding speaking and writing abilities to mentor teams and report to leadership.
• A valid state driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Willingness for full-time schedule with weekend work, travel, and overnights.
