Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of retail management experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state or licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 85% of the time for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Executes the One Plan strategy, ensuring consistent, excellent customer experience across the district.
• Supervises stores, coaches Store Managers and Pharmacy Managers, and drives operational excellence.
• Monitors key metrics, P&L input, and district planning to improve business performance.
• Executes local healthcare strategy and plans for underperforming stores in collaboration with leadership.
• Supports recruitment and development, coaching, and performance management of district staff.
• Communicates updates from HQ to stores and ensures open, regular dialogue with managers.
