Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across multiple stores, including retail, pharmacy, and home care, within the district. You will coach Store Managers and Pharmacy Managers, champion customer experience, and drive improvements aligned with corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in retail management.
• Alternative: HS Diploma/GED with 7+ years of retail management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% within district and out-of-state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across stores, pharmacy, and home care within the district.
• Coach and develop Store Managers and Pharmacy Managers.
• Drive customer experience and implement One Plan.
• Monitor staffing, payroll, and merchandising adherence.
