Job summary

PLS is seeking a District Manager for our Tulsa area stores. The role leads multiple stores, drives customer service excellence, and achieves sales and financial goals while ensuring policy compliance.

You will mentor Store Managers, manage schedules and labor, review performance metrics, and build strong relationships with customers and community leaders. Travel to stores across the district is required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years of multi-unit management experience.
• Ability to engage with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining exemplary customer service within the district and community.
• Developing and executing plans to improve store and area performance as needed.
• Recruiting, developing, and motivating Store Managers who exceed expectations.
• Ensuring the company’s cash security policies and procedures are followed.
• Creating special business relationships with our customers so they will choose to do business again.
• Establishing a strong customer service culture.
• Analyzing financial statements and trends to increase and maximize sales.
• Developing strategies to increase market share and store revenues.
• Controlling labor hours, cash, store audits, and shrinkage.
• Performing district reviews of each store regularly.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
