Job summary

PLS is seeking a District Manager to lead assigned stores in the Tulsa, OK area, driving outstanding customer service, sales results, and adherence to company policies. You will recruit, develop, and motivate Store Managers, analyze financials, manage labor and shrinkage, and travel regularly to store locations.

The role requires a minimum of three years of multi-unit management experience in retail or financial services, and bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum of multi-unit management in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant.
• Ability to engage with customers and build positive relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; high-energy, collaborative leadership.
• Professional appearance and integrity; reliable and honest.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service within the district and community.
• Develop and execute plans to improve store and area performance.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Store Managers.
• Ensure cash security policies and procedures are followed.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Establish a strong customer service culture across stores.
• Analyze financial statements to increase sales and market share.
• Control labor hours, cash, store audits, and shrinkage; travel regularly to stores.
