Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a District Manager-caliber Store Manager in Tulsa. You will supervise store operations, lead a team of Associates, and ensure payroll, scheduling and compliance with company policies. The role lays the groundwork to become a multi-unit leader within Ross.

In this capacity you will analyze reports, manage expenses, and uphold customer service excellence while modeling professional attire and behavior in line with the Ross brand.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and follow through to completion.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for payroll administration including daily punch edits and scheduling.
• Assist in attracting, hiring and developing non-exempt Associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Schedule optimization to meet business objectives and control costs.
• Lead store operations in absence of Store Manager and maintain standards.
• Provide customer service leadership at registers, service desk and sales floor.
