Job summary

Aubergine Kitchen is seeking an experienced District Manager to lead a portfolio of roughly seven restaurants across multiple states. You will own profitability, guest experience, and brand standards while directly guiding General Managers in high-growth markets.

Responsibilities include leading new-store openings end-to-end, deploying experienced talent, and maintaining rigorous performance reviews with a focus on scalable systems and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
• Track record developing General Managers who advance to higher roles.
• Experience owning new-store openings end-to-end across districts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a district of ~7 Aubergine restaurants across multiple states, ensuring guest experience and financial results.
• Own P&L narrative and drive improvements across portfolio.
• Oversee new-store openings, pre-opening readiness, training, and ramp-to-performance.
• Coach and develop GMs, ensure adherence to brand standards and safety.
