Job summary

DC Burger Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee 8–12 restaurants, drive operational excellence, and mentor General Managers across your market.

You will own the P&L, optimize labor and costs, and push for revenue growth through data-driven strategies, while upholding brand standards and guest experience.

Expect regular on-site leadership, hands-on problem-solving, and collaboration with local marketing to build community presence and traffic.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7+ years of progressive management experience in high-volume food service operations.
• Weekend, holiday, and evening availability required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and POS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 8-12 restaurants, driving operational excellence and team performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and their teams.
• Own the P&L, optimize labor, food costs, and operations to maximize profitability.
• Drive revenue growth through monitoring sales trends and implementing targeted strategies.
• Lead from the front lines with regular visits to evaluate service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Be a field-first operator, solving challenges on the ground and maintaining alignment without micromanaging.
• Support talent acquisition and foster local marketing efforts to increase traffic.
• Enforce high standards by ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.
