Job summary

Aubergine Kitchen is seeking an experienced General Manager to own the operations of a busy fast-casual restaurant across multiple locations. You will lead the floor, kitchen, and guest interactions and build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage P&L, optimize sales, labor, and food costs while upholding Aubergine’s standards for quality, speed, and cleanliness. The role requires a hands-on operator who thrives on coaching and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as GM or senior AM in fast-casual or full-service restaurant
• Proven track record of building and developing effective teams
• Fluent English; bilingual capabilities are preferred and valued

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for your restaurant, drive sales growth, control costs and report to District Manager
• Lead and develop Assistant Managers and shift leaders; build a strong bench
• Maintain food safety, quality, speed of service, cleanliness and guest experience
• Set the culture and hospitality standards on the floor; be visible with guests and team
• Execute new menu launches and corporate initiatives with clear, actionable training
• Collaborate with District Leadership to align on priorities and report performance
