Job summary

Aubergine Kitchen is seeking a District Manager to lead a multi-state district of approximately seven fast-casual restaurants. You will own operations, performance, and the guest experience across locations, ensuring brand standards and strong financial results.

You will own end-to-end new-store openings, deploy talent from existing units, and coach General Managers to deliver results. Travel between markets is required as the brand expands.

Qualifications

• Food Manager Certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Willingness to travel regularly across UT, AZ, ID, NV.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
• Ability to open and manage multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a district of ~7 Aubergine restaurants across multiple states.
• Monitor and drive KPIs: sales, same-store growth, food cost, labor, guest satisfaction, retention.
• Own end-to-end new-store openings and Day 90 performance.
• Develop and coach General Managers.
• Oversee operations, standards, and food safety compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership on market expansion.
