Job summary

AEG is seeking a District Manager to inspire and support leaders across multiple practices, helping them develop teams, deliver exceptional patient care, and achieve meaningful business results.

The District Manager leads through Practice Managers and field leadership to identify performance gaps, coach leaders, and drive sustainable improvements aligned with regional priorities and patient care goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi‑unit leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service leadership.
• Ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold leaders across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of business operations, patient care, and service execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead district visits to evaluate performance, patient experience, and leadership effectiveness.
• Identify gaps, develop leaders, and implement district‑level action plans with measurable outcomes.
• Analyze KPIs (sales, revenue, staffing, productivity) to drive improvements.
• Partner with district leadership to align provider performance and patient experience with regional priorities.
• Manage district execution of initiatives, training, and change management while ensuring sustainability.
