Job summary

AEG is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple practices, develop leaders, and drive exceptional patient care and business results. You will oversee field leadership, Coach Practice Managers and Optometrists, and implement district strategies with cross-functional partners.

You will travel regularly (50–75%) to sites, evaluate performance, and ensure alignment with regional priorities while fostering accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple locations in healthcare/optical or service sectors.
• Ability to analyze KPI and translate into action plans.
• Strong communication, coaching, observation and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead district execution of company initiatives and market expansion.
• Develop leaders, coach practice managers and optimize patient care.
• Translate priorities into district action plans with measurable goals.
• Monitor KPIs: sales, profitability, labor, and patient experience.
