Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience required or similar senior operations leadership.
• Ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of business operations, patient care, and service execution.
• Ability to analyze results, identify trends, and build practical action plans.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% within the district.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and support district leaders across practices to develop teams and deliver care.
• Lead practice visits to evaluate performance and coach leaders on opportunities.
• Translate priorities into district action plans with measurable goals.
• Analyze KPIs like sales, revenue, labor, and patient experience to identify risks.
• Partner with leadership to ensure alignment, continuity of care, and performance.
