Qualifications

• Proven success in leading large teams and district‑level ops.
• Strong business acumen with financial statement & KPI interpretation.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the district.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple locations within the district.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; build leadership pipelines.
