Job summary

MINISO is seeking a District Manager to lead a group of stores across the district, driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence. You will coach Store Managers, uphold visual standards, and ensure a superior customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include staff recruitment and development, regular store visits, and collaboration with corporate leadership to align district goals with company strategies. Travel within the district is required.

• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure all stores deliver consistent, outstanding customer service aligned with MINISO standards.
• Lead execution of merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives in the district.
• Partner with corporate and regional leadership to align district goals with MINISO strategies.
• Drive loss prevention awareness and shrink reduction across all locations.

The District Manager will coach and develop Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain visual display standards, and drive team performance.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead and manage a district of 8–16 stores, ensuring all operational and visual standards are met. In some cases, larger districts may have the support of an Area Manager.
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning, effective execution, and team motivation.
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain high‑performing Store Managers and Area Managers (if applicable) and assist in developing future leaders to support MINISO’s rapid growth.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Ensure all stores deliver consistent, outstanding customer service aligned with MINISO expectations.
• Implement and uphold all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Lead execution of all merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives in the district.

Pay Range

USD $72,100.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
