Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchise opportunity is hiring a District Leader to oversee daily operations for a portfolio of 5–7 restaurants. You will develop and implement strategies to help the district meet goals and support overall business objectives, coaching Restaurant Managers and ensuring brand standards.

You will drive sales by providing operational expertise, ensuring proper staffing and training, and modeling professionalism with every interaction.

Qualifications

• You have at least one year of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and guest service skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and drive brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations for a district of 5–7 restaurants.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet district goals and business objectives.
