Job summary

Dunkin is seeking a District Leader to oversee daily operations for 5–7 Dunkin restaurants. You will drive sales and profits by providing operational expertise and leadership to Restaurant Managers, ensuring adherence to brand standards and safety practices.

We’re looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience, excellent time management, and strong guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong time management and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations for a group of 5–7 Dunkin locations.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet district goals and support business objectives.
• Coach Restaurant Managers and guide operations to meet Brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Drive sales and profit by providing operational expertise and staffing.
• Ensure proper staffing, training, and professional conduct across all restaurants.
