Job summary

OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins is seeking a District Leader to oversee day-to-day operations for a group of 5–7 Dunkin’ restaurants in the Oklahoma City area. You will implement strategies to meet goals and support overall business objectives while coaching Restaurant Managers.

Ideal candidates have retail/restaurant/hospitality management experience, strong time management and guest service skills, and a commitment to brand standards and food safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Ability to coach and develop restaurant staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of restaurant team members and managers.
• Ensure all restaurants in their portfolio meet Brand operational standards and food safety standards.
• Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to Restaurant Managers.
• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise.
• Drive a clear vision and clearly communicates to the team.
• Ensure restaurants are properly staffed and trained.
• Treat all employees with respect and dignity, modeling professionalism and integrity with every interaction.
