Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, marketing efforts, and achieve sales and profit targets at a Dunkin’ location. You will guide the Restaurant Management Team and staff through performance, engagement and training initiatives to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Eligible candidates have at least six months of retail or hospitality management experience, with ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain it, and must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest service with strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
