Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchise in Florida is seeking a District Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, coach Managers, and implement region-wide strategies to hit goals. You will guide staffing, training, and execution of initiatives across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management exp.
• Must be 18 years or older.

WINNIN’

• Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to Restaurant Managers.
• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise.
• Ensure restaurants are properly staffed and trained.

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience. Prior multi-unit experience required.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
