Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Installation Manager (DIM) to lead a team of associates and ensure exceptional end-to-end install experiences for sold jobs. You will oversee Pre-Installation Inspections, Job Site Inspections, and manage job flow, concessions, and service provider interactions across the installation life cycle.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, and coordinating with sales and care teams to improve customer outcomes, while meeting performance metrics and driving

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: drive a positive customer experience by adhering to installation standards and leading a trained associate team, manage concessions and communications.
• Leadership: lead the field install team, hire, set goals, manage performance, train direct reports and maintain relationships with partners.
• Operations: use data and systems to meet cycle time, customer satisfaction, reorder rates and margin targets; ensure timely inspections and audits across the install lifecycle.
