Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Installation Manager (DIM) in Irvine, CA to lead a field install team and ensure sold jobs flow smoothly from pre-install to site completion. You will drive customer satisfaction, enforce installation standards, and coordinate with sales and service partners.

Reporting to the Branch Install Manager, you will oversee 2–5 direct reports, manage escalations, and use data to meet cycle time, satisfaction, and margin targets while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of work experience in installation or field operations.
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills.
• Experience in construction/home improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of associates to manage install jobs across the lifecycle, including Pre-Installation Inspection and Job Site Inspection processes.
• Manages job movement, scheduling, and coordination with customers to ensure service standards.
• Drives service and warranty programs, audits contracts and measures, and conducts site visits to improve effectiveness.
