Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Installation Manager (DIM) to lead a team of associates and ensure sold jobs are managed across the life cycle. You will oversee pre-installation and site inspections, drive service and warranty programs, and manage job movement tasks, with a focus on customer experience and adherence to installation standards.

You will guide scheduling, audits, and communication with customers while addressing escalations and approvals for scope changes and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in installation or construction leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead install field team to achieve customer experience goals and manage escalations.
• Oversee hiring, goal setting and performance management for direct reports.
• Utilize data and systems to meet cycle time, satisfaction, and margin targets.
• Coordinate job flow, inspections, and service/order processing.
