Job summary

PCL Buildings Inc. is seeking a District HRPD Advisor in Phoenix, AZ to lead HRPD programs, policy and compliance for assigned client groups. You will develop recruitment plans, coach supervisors and manage career development initiatives.

In this role you will analyze compensation data, calibrate salary reviews and build strong relationships with stakeholders and academic partners across the district.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; degree in HR preferred.
• Experience leading HR programs and policy execution.
• Ability to advise and coach supervisors on employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Leads and advises on HRPD programs, policy, practices and compliance for assigned client groups.
• Develops recruitment plans and sourcing strategies.
• Executes district projects and initiatives in HRPD.
• Guides career management through coaching and training.
• Supports compensation analysis and calibration for client groups.
• Maintains strong customer-focused relationships within the district.
• Oversees student program strategy and relationships with academic institutions.
