PCL Buildings Inc. in Denver, Colorado is seeking a District HRPD Coordinator to support a national data center business unit. You will lead district HRPD activities, recruit and onboard, administer HRPD programs, and collaborate with managers to drive career development.

Here’s how a District HRPD Coordinator for PCL Buildings Inc. within Phoenix Buildings contributes to our team:

Responsibilities
  • Leads the process for the district’s student program; plans and organizes college recruiting activities, including orientations, events, networking with colleges and universities, managing databases, and coordinating interviews. Maintains strategic relationships with academic institutions.

  • Responsible for entry-to mid-level recruiting and onboarding practices.

  • Administers HRPD programs and policies. Provides guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HRPD programs, policy, practices, compliance, and all aspects of career management.

  • Participates in district HRPD strategic planning process. Assists with development and execution of district-level projects/initiatives as assigned.

  • Maintains budget for assigned programs/initiatives.

  • Assists district HRPD manager with staff planning.

  • Assists with research and general administrative support pertaining to total rewards.

  • Assists with administration and supports the succession planning process.

  • Provides administrative support for terminations.

  • Maintains and prepares scheduled and ad hoc reporting as needed. Provides data analysis and recommendations.

  • Delivers information sessions on routine HR/company information. Assists with facilitation sessions.

  • Provides implementation support to district HRPD manager on corporate and regional initiatives.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline preferred.

  • Working towards an HR designation preferred.

  • 3 years of progressive human resources or related experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated understanding of HRPD-related principles, practices, procedures, and employment legislation.

  • Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Ability to research, analyze information and data, and make recommendations.

  • Basic business acumen and understanding of industry practices and new developments.

  • Able to work independently or in a team environment in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines.

  • Good networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain HR networks.

  • Results-oriented and able to meet and drive deadlines.

The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 – $85,000 based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
