PCL Buildings Inc. in Denver, Colorado is seeking a District HRPD Coordinator to support a national data center business unit. You will lead district HRPD activities, recruit and onboard, administer HRPD programs, and collaborate with managers to drive career development.

Qualifications

• Understanding of HRPD principles, practices and employment legislation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to research, analyze information and data, and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Leads district student program; plans college recruiting activities and coordinates interviews.
• Manages entry-to mid-level recruiting and onboarding practices.
• Administers HRPD programs; coaches managers and employees on HRPD programs and policies.
• Participates in district HRPD strategic planning and district initiatives.
• Maintains budget and assists with staff planning and reporting.
