Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Senior HR leadership experience in a large construction organization preferred.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead HRPD initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the HR strategic plan for talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Lead district HRPD strategy development and KPI monitoring.
• Own recruitment, onboarding programs and compensation planning.
• Coach supervisors on succession planning and performance improvement.
• Lead investigations and ensure compliant employee relations processes.
