Job summary

Recruit4Talent Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the water technologies division to cover the Yorkshire and North East region, selling pre-insulated district heating pipework solutions to contractors, wholesalers and specifiers.

You will generate new business, meet sales targets and use CRM to track opportunities, with site-based training for contractors and a strong emphasis on relationship building and technical presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the construction sector.
• Experience with district heating projects or low carbon heating is desirable.
• Site training and on-site support to contractors is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business for district heating pipework products.
• Sell to contractors, wholesalers, and building services consultants.
• Meet sales and profitability targets.
• Plan and report regularly on activities and results.
• Understand customer needs and prospect effectively.
