Job summary

Trade Recruit seeks a Regional Sales Consultant to cover Kent and Sussex, promoting heating and renewable energy solutions including heat pumps, solar PV and boilers. You will develop new business, manage relationships with domestic and commercial customers, and coordinate with installation teams to deliver projects.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in heating, HVAC or renewables sales, plus strong communication and presentation skills, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling heating, HVAC, renewables or related technical products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage a regional territory and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across Kent & Sussex.
• Build strong relationships with domestic and commercial customers.
• Attend customer meetings and site visits.
• Promote heating and renewable energy solutions.
• Prepare quotations and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and grow the territory.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with installation and technical teams.
