Job summary

Dexcom, Inc. is seeking a District Leader to build and guide a high-performing team focused on expanding access to CGM technology across the United States. You will mentor Territory Business Managers, execute district plans, and drive revenue growth by engaging endocrinology, primary care, and other healthcare partners.

This role requires 8–12 years in the industry with 2–5 years in management. Remote home-office with hybrid options and 50–75% travel to Dexcom sites and partner facilities.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8 – 12 years of industry experience.
• 2 – 5 years of previous management or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing district team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Coach and mentor Territory Business Managers to maximize individual and team performance.
• Develop and execute district business plans that drive market expansion, customer engagement, and sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead field execution across key healthcare stakeholders, including endocrinology and primary care practices, health systems, pharmacies, diabetes education programs, and strategic provider networks.
• Partner with team members in the field to strengthen selling skills, deepen product and industry knowledge, and identify opportunities to accelerate business performance.
• Leverage data, market insights, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and drive execution against business objectives.
• Develop strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, thought leaders, diabetes centers, pharmacy partners, and other influential stakeholders within the district.
• Collaborate closely with Market Access, Marketing, Trade, Government Affairs, Operations, Sales Training, and Commercial Leadership to execute growth strategies and enhance customer experience.
• Champion talent development by identifying high-potential employees, creating succession plans, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, quality standards, compliance requirements, and industry regulations.
