Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management/leadership experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of multi-unit management overseeing 4-6 locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all gym locations operate efficiently and effectively.
• Recruit, train, and develop gym managers and staff.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational improvement.
