EōS Fitness in Sarasota, FL is seeking a District Operations Manager to lead service teams across multiple gym locations and uphold our high standards of member and staff experience.

You will recruit and develop gym managers, manage schedules and budgets, analyze KPIs, ensure safety and policy compliance, and foster a positive culture that motivates both employees and members. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management/leadership experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of multi-unit management (4–6 locations).
• Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and training.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels.
• Strong detail orientation; time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all gym locations operate efficiently and adhere to company policies and standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop gym managers and staff to maintain a high-performance team.
• Exhibit leadership by prioritizing tasks, coaching for performance, communicating effectively, and conducting business analysis.
• Lead CPR certification sessions and manage CPR records for the district.
• Deliver comprehensive, engaging hands‑on training for adult learners with real-time feedback.
• Promote a positive member experience by upholding high service, cleanliness, and facility standards.
• Analyze KPIs to assess and improve operational effectiveness and drive growth (e.g., Medallia).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Address and resolve operational issues, member complaints, and staff concerns promptly.
• Foster collaboration among gym managers to share best practices and drive improvement.
• Build relationships within the community to enhance brand visibility and attract new members.
