Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and coaching others to success.
• Passion for developing entrepreneurs and supporting business owners.
• 5+ years in sales, insurance, financial services, or related leadership roles (preferred).
• Proven success recruiting, developing, or leading sales teams.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and operational best practices.
• Ability to manage operations and influence multiple businesses simultaneously.
• Comfort with strategic decision-making and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Coach new and experienced agency owners to help drive profitable growth.
• Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
