Qualifications

• Licenses in P&C and Life & Health or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coach new and experienced agency owners to drive profitable growth.
• Develop strategies to expand market presence and enhance performance.
• Mentor owners on business planning, operations, and sales development.
• Strengthen Farmers brand through community engagement and relationships.
• Run district office and build an internal team with long-term growth plans.
